Refund & Returns

Returnable

  • • Sealed, unopened products
  • • Wrong product received
  • • Damaged during shipping
  • • Manufacturing defects

Not Returnable

  • • Opened/used fragrance bottles (hygiene)
  • • Personalized/engraved bottles
  • • Gift sets (if opened)
  • • Clearance items marked "Final Sale"

Return Window

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason.

Conditions for Return

  • Product must be Unused, sealed, in original packaging
  • All accessories, gift cards, and packaging must be included
  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided
  • Approval is at our discretion

Refund Process

  1. Email us at hello@hormuzz.shop with your order ID
  2. We'll issue a reverse pickup (free for damaged/wrong items; ₹99 for change-of-mind)
  3. Once received and inspected (2-3 business days), we process your refund
  4. Refund credited to original payment method within 5-7 business days
  5. For COD orders, bank transfer to your account

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size/fragrance variants within the return window. Exchange is subject to product availability. Any price difference is adjusted at the time of exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no charge and refund any shipping fees.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing with a full refund. Once processed/shipped, cancellation is not possible but you can initiate a return upon delivery.
