2. Products & Authenticity

All attars, perfumes, and fragrances sold on Hormuzz are 100% authentic and handcrafted. We source ingredients from their origin — Kashmiri saffron, Mysore sandalwood, Hindi oud, and Damask rose. Every product undergoes quality verification before shipping.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in INR and include GST where applicable. Payments are accepted via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. Razorpay processes online transactions securely.

4. Orders & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 3-7 business days. Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A shipping charge of ₹99 applies on smaller orders.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, opened fragrance bottles are not returnable. Sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if Unused, sealed, in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and product descriptions on Hormuzz are the exclusive property of Techbillion Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
