Orders placed before 2 PM IST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on Sundays, or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Packaging
Every bottle is wrapped in tissue, secured in foam padding, and sealed in our signature walnut-wood inspired box. Gift orders include a handwritten thank-you card.

International Shipping

Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will attempt 2 more times. If all attempts fail, the order returns to our warehouse. Contact us to re-ship (additional charge may apply).
